Attendance Learning LogThe Attendance Learning Logs is very important and acts as your attendance sheet. This is where you write down the assignments you have completed for that week. Not all assignments need to be present however, each subject must be present at least once during the Learning Period. It is important to write in blue or black ink and not use white out or scratch out marks on the log. If an assignment appears on the log, the date on the actual assignment must match. Parent's signature needs to be present along with the date of the last day of the Learning Period.

P.E. LogThe P.E. Log is also important. They show that the student is participating in a physical activity a minimum of 100 minutes per week. Any sports lessons or games that involve physical activities is allowed on the log. Along with these activities, students should be focusing on implementing at least one of the P.E. standards listed on the P.E. Lesson Plans. Please make sure that any activities listed on the log do not fall on a Saturday or Sunday AND are within the correct dates of that Learning Period.
